The Governor's MI Safe Start Plan can be found here. This document shows the regions, the phases of of the plan from uncontrolled growth all the way through to post pandemic to best explain the criteria and steps that are being taken to keep Michigan residents safe while returning to work and re-opening the economy and our businesses.
As required under the Executive Order 2020-97 for the protection of City employees the attached COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan has been developed to provide the necessary information related to the future re-opening of City Facilities to the public as well as for the return to work of employees in City Facilities. This is the most recent revision as necessitated by the issuance of EO 2020-97.
